Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of innovative software solutions, the full-time Senior Software Developer will work remotely to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
• Mentor and support junior developers in their technical growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific/technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in software development
• Experience with modern development frameworks and tools, including MUMPS, JSP, Spring Framework, and Hibernate
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
• Capable of passing VA Public Trust investigation
