Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of innovative software solutions, the full-time Senior Software Developer will work remotely, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
• Mentor and support junior developers in their technical growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with additional experience considered in lieu of education
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in software development
• Proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Boot, React/Next.js, and database technologies such as Oracle and PostgreSQL
• Experience with modern development frameworks and tools, including Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD practices
• Ability to pass VA Public Trust Investigations
