Job Summary

Joining a cross-functional scrum team, the fully remote Senior Software Developer will design and develop robust full-stack web applications using Ruby on Rails, Node, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL while mentoring junior developers and embracing best practices in software development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop robust full-stack solutions
• Work in a cross-functional scrum team to achieve regular sprint goals
• Mentor and review the code of more junior team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of web application development experience
• 2+ years using SQL and NoSQL technologies
• Strong foundation in object-oriented programming, algorithms, and data structures
• Experience optimizing website performance on both client and server-side
