Senior Software Developer
Job Summary
To modernize and scale the workflow platform, the full-time Senior Software Developer will evolve core capabilities within the Dayforce Workflow platform, focusing on backend services and extensible APIs while contributing to AI-enabled orchestration initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own and enhance core capabilities within the Dayforce Workflow platform
- Design and build scalable backend services and extensible APIs
- Mentor teammates and contribute to technical leadership and engineering standards
Required qualifications
- Strong experience with C#/.NET in building production-grade enterprise applications
- Expertise in SQL Server, including performance tuning and query optimization
- Experience with Azure and modern cloud development patterns
- Hands-on experience in building AI-enabled applications or orchestration workflows
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD workflows and modern development practices
