Senior Software Developer

Job Summary

Supporting a Department of Transportation program, the full-time Senior Software Developer will design, develop, implement, and maintain complex software applications and database solutions while collaborating with federal stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and government expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain software applications and system components for the ITS JPO Financial Management System
• Perform application requirements analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system functionality meets client objectives
• Develop and maintain web-based applications using ASP.NET, C#, .NET, and SQL Server, along with managing user support and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Minimum of 10 years of related IT experience, including senior-level responsibilities in technical, software, and database solutions
• Experience developing applications using ASP.NET, C#, and .NET technologies
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and relational database management
• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
