Senior Software Developer

Job Summary

To support a Service Management team, two Senior Software Developer contractors will work remotely on a contract basis, designing, building, and supporting a high-volume telemetry data processing pipeline for IoT devices in AWS while collaborating in an Agile Scrum environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a telemetry data processing pipeline using AWS services such as S3, SQS, Lambda, and DynamoDB
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, enhancing system resiliency and performance
• Support the full application lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams including software developers and business stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of related work experience in programming and supporting software applications
• Completion of a technical training program and 4 years of related work experience may be considered
• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology related field and 4 years of related work experience is acceptable
