Senior Software Developer

Job Summary

To support the development of AI-enabled enterprise solutions, the full-time Senior Software Developer will design and deliver scalable software, mentor engineers, and drive architecture decisions while working in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve scalable services and product experiences to enhance implementation quality and customer value
• Lead as a hands-on engineer, solving complex technical problems and mentoring teammates in engineering best practices
• Integrate AI tools into the engineering workflow to improve design, coding, testing, and documentation processes

Required qualifications

• Strong recent experience with C# and .NET in building production software
• Expertise in backend development with front-end capabilities, preferably in React and TypeScript
• Demonstrated ability to design reliable systems managing complexity across services
• Practical experience using AI tools in engineering workflows with measurable outcomes
• Experience with observability and reliability practices, including monitoring and troubleshooting
