Senior Software Developer

Job Summary

To enhance software delivery efficiency, the full-time remote Senior Software Developer will design, build, and maintain agentic orchestrations and workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve engineering standards and delivery outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain agentic orchestrations and automated workflows to enhance software delivery
• Collaborate with QA, product management, and engineering leadership to identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks
• Establish best practices for AI-assisted software delivery tools, ensuring reliability and quality controls

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience developing software in an Agile environment
• BS and/or MS in a technical discipline, preferably in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
• Expertise in Angular, ASP.NET Core, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, SASS, and HTML
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases and object-relational mapping frameworks
