Job Summary

Driving product development in a fully remote environment, the Senior Software Developer will collaborate with the CTO organization to create and enhance product capabilities, manage projects from ideation to deployment, and mentor team members on best practices.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop new product capabilities and improve existing ones
  • Build processes and tools to diagnose and resolve bugs, ensuring optimal user experience
  • Monitor and resolve performance issues within the product suite
Required qualifications:
  • Expert-level knowledge of Ruby/Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, AWS, and JavaScript
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in developing scalable online software
  • Proven ability to independently own and drive project outcomes
