Senior Software Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Software Developer will build and support a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for processing healthcare Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions while designing and maintaining RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS.

Key responsibilities

• Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
• Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs that serve structured EDI healthcare records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data delivery and perform unit and integration testing

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end technologies, particularly Java and/or NodeJS
• Proven experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs in healthcare or enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Angular for front-end development and API integration
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, including API Gateway and Lambda
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
