Senior Software Developer

Job Summary

To create the industry's next generation of Human Capital Management solutions, the full-time Senior Software Developer will participate in the entire software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software while mentoring other developers.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Workforce Management solutions
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Design teams, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative software functionalities
• Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers in modern engineering practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with C#/.NET, including modern .NET technologies
• 2-3+ years of experience building production user interfaces using React and TypeScript
• Strong SQL Server skills, including indexing and query optimization
• Experience with Docker containers and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Knowledge of automated testing practices and security fundamentals
