Senior Software Developer
Job Summary
To support the development and deployment of scalable cloud applications, the remote Senior Software Developer will design, develop, and maintain Node.js services and microservices on Azure while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain Node.js services, APIs, and microservices on Azure cloud platforms
- Architect scalable and secure solutions utilizing Azure services and lead cloud-native design patterns
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to enforce best practices and foster growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development
- Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Proficiency in deploying applications on Microsoft Azure, including REST APIs and microservices
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems
