Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Senior Lead Software Developer for a fully remote position, who will define, build, and scale AI-enabled developer workflows to enhance productivity and streamline engineering processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-enabled developer workflows for various software engineering tasks, establishing secure and scalable patterns for adoption
• Identify and address development friction, partnering with teams to improve delivery speed and enhance the overall developer experience
• Build and scale reusable AI capabilities and resources, ensuring they align with architecture, security, and operational standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in software development, AI enablement, or related technical disciplines
• Strong hands-on experience with modern software solutions, developer tools, and automation frameworks
• Expertise in AI-assisted development workflows and generative AI capabilities
• Proven ability to translate developer needs into secure and scalable technical solutions
