Senior Software Developer

Job Summary

To support AI-ready connectivity, the remote Senior Lead Software Developer will design and implement AI solutions, develop reusable components, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance productivity and software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and scale AI assistants and workflows that support software development, focusing on automation and integration with existing tools
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify AI use cases, create solution designs, and promote adoption through training and documentation
• Develop reusable components and establish standards for testing, documentation, and lifecycle management of AI solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in software development, AI solutions, or related technical fields
• Hands-on experience in building production software, APIs, and automation frameworks
• Experience designing and implementing AI solutions, including agents and workflow automation
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle activities and security standards for AI-enabled systems
