Senior Software Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Developer, the ideal candidate will architect and lead the migration of content management systems, particularly Drupal, while collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver custom solutions and troubleshoot complex issues.

Key responsibilities

• Architect the content management system (CMS) for online platforms and lead development for migration to Drupal
• Collaborate with marketing, branding, and implementation teams to align on business needs and priorities
• Provide technical oversight, solution design, and hands-on development while advocating for scalable solutions

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience with Drupal 9/10/11, including module development and content architecture
• Strong understanding of dynamic content in Drupal and ability to work with both static and dynamic page architectures
• Solid background in PHP and familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, preferably React
• Experience in complex environments or with underperforming vendor replacements
• Ability to balance hands-on coding with high-level architectural planning
