Job Summary
To support the development of a next-generation enterprise data platform, a full-time Senior Software Developer will design and develop production software in Python and C#, focusing on building services, APIs, and core platform components in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop production software and scalable data services that power the cloud-native data platform
- Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services for internal and customer-facing data products
- Participate in architecture discussions and implement engineering best practices for reliability and performance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, particularly with cloud-native backend systems
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and Python
- Experience designing and building REST APIs and distributed backend services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage and building cloud-native data platforms
