Senior Software Developer
Job Summary
To support the development of innovative software solutions, the full-time Senior Software Developer will design, document, and implement applications using Java and Eclipse RCP, while providing technical leadership and guidance to junior team members in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Produce quality software components and applications within an agile development process
- Write use cases and allocate them to functional components as necessary
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical expertise and support to other engineers
Required qualifications
- College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing complex UI applications with Java and Eclipse RCP (JFace and JavaFX)
- Proficiency in SOLID Object Oriented principles and software design patterns
- Experience with Scrum development processes and Continuous Integration tools (e.g., Jira, Git, Jenkins)
- Knowledge of all phases of the software development lifecycle
