Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Software Developer for their Growth team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on distribution opportunities to optimize user acquisition funnels, improve performance and usability of public pages, and conduct A/B tests for landing page conversions
- Collaborate with designers and developers to bring impactful projects to life
- Maintain ownership of projects, prioritize based on business metrics, and analyze impact
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with React (Next.js), TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails
- Ability to work with problems and not just requirements
- Desire to continuously learn and improve skills
- Ownership mindset with a focus on proposing and validating new hypotheses
- Comfortable with English communication
