Senior Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior SDETs, guiding best practices in test automation and quality assurance
• Develop and execute test environment and data strategies for cross-team initiatives
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and conduct performance testing to ensure system scalability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development and/or test automation
• Strong programming skills in Ruby/Ruby on Rails
• Extensive experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Experience with performance and scalability testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
