Senior Software Development Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to understand software requirements and design specifications
- Design and architect scalable automated test frameworks for API testing
- Define test scenarios and perform root cause analysis to identify issues and propose corrective actions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as an SDET or equivalent role
- 3+ years of development experience using Python, Java, Javascript, and/or Go
- Extensive experience in API testing and automation with proficiency in test automation frameworks
- Familiarity with version control systems, agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines
