Senior Software Development Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr / Software Development Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement core features and platform enhancements for the Agent System of Record
- Collaborate with architects and product teams to align technical requirements and design solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and present architectural concepts to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software development engineering (for Sr SDE) or 5+ years (for SDE)
- Proficiency in XpressO, Java, and Kotlin
- Deep understanding of architecture, reporting, and APIs (REST, Graph & SOAP)
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with front-end technologies like React and NodeJS
