Senior Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

To support a rapidly evolving SaaS platform, the full-time Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) will architect and execute automated tests, improve product quality through cross-functional partnerships, and enhance operational excellence while working remotely with required overlap on EST hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Engineer automated tests that provide clear feedback and scale with services
• Build strong relationships with Engineering, Product, and AI teams to balance speed and quality
• Improve quality metrics within feature teams and ensure secure software development practices

Required qualifications:

• Deep experience in software quality engineering, including test strategy and automation frameworks
• Hands-on capability to contribute technically while leading a team
• Proven track record in fast-paced startup or growth-stage SaaS environments
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance QA productivity
• Familiarity with secure development practices in sensitive data environments
