Senior Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Software Development Engineer, the candidate will design and implement core runtime capabilities for secure agent execution, focusing on policy enforcement and system reliability.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement core runtime services for secure, isolated agent execution
• Build deterministic enforcement pathways for data, context, tool, and model boundaries
• Mentor engineers and participate in architecture reviews and operational hardening

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software development engineering, with a focus on backend or platform systems
• Strong experience with distributed systems, APIs, and service-oriented architecture
• Proficiency in at least one systems or backend language (e.g., Java, Go, Rust, or Python)
• Experience operating production services with strong reliability and observability practices
• Demonstrated ownership of complex technical projects from design through production
