Senior Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

Building the test automation framework from the ground up, the full-time Senior Software Development Engineer in Test will design and maintain automated tests across the stack while integrating them into CI/CD processes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the test automation framework and establish testing standards for the engineering team
• Write and maintain automated tests for API, integration, and end-to-end UI, prioritizing automation based on risk and value
• Evaluate and apply AI-assisted testing tools to enhance test creation and maintain a reliable test suite

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software test automation or software engineering with a strong focus on testing
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Deep experience with modern automation frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
• Solid background in API testing and familiarity with SQL and database validation
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD integration using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
