Senior Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of complex digital solutions, the full-time Senior Software Development Engineer will architect scalable software applications, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of efficient, reliable, and scalable digital solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
• Write high-quality, production-ready code and implement critical functionalities according to project requirements
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions while driving agile ceremonies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on Back End technologies
• 3+ years of experience in Java fundamentals and advanced concepts, as well as Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem
• 3+ years of expertise in GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
• 3+ years of proven experience in database design and optimization across relational and NoSQL databases
• 2+ years of experience with SDLC, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines
