Senior Software Development Engineer
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Senior or Principal Software Development Engineer in Agent Factory, the candidate will build and deliver full stack features that power AI agents within HR and Financial workflows, owning services from development through production while collaborating in a team-first environment.

- Build and deliver full stack features that power AI agents embedded in HR and Financial workflows
- Own services and experiences from development through production, ensuring reliability and performance

Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software development engineering for Senior level or 12+ years for Principal level
- Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
- Proven success working within fast-paced, agile environments and cross-functional teams
