Collaborating with a dynamic team, the full-time Senior Software Development Engineer will design and build evaluation frameworks and observability tools for AI applications, ensuring the reliability and scalability of Zillow's agentic AI experiences in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and scale evaluation frameworks for agentic AI experiences
- Build tracing and quality measurement systems for production AI agents
- Partner with applied scientists and engineers to integrate new AI evaluation capabilities into production systems
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of backend engineering experience with scalable production ML services
- Experience building platform infrastructure or developer-facing services
- Hands-on experience with ML evaluation and observability frameworks
- Fluency working across applied science, ML, product, design, and engineering
- Comfort with LLMs, agentic systems, and evaluation frameworks
