Senior Software Development Engineer
Job Summary
To build the NHI Governance domain within Pathfinder products, the full-time Senior Software Development Engineer will design, build, and operate scalable backend services and APIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and operate scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
- Own features end to end from design and implementation through production rollout and operational health
- Participate in design discussions and mentor less-experienced engineers in cloud-native development
Required qualifications
- Strong programming skills in modern languages such as C#, Go, TypeScript, or Java
- Hands-on AWS experience in building and operating production services
- Understanding of CI/CD and experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Familiarity with data modeling and working with data at scale
- Solid grasp of modern testing and observability practices in cloud environments
