Senior Software Development Engineer in Test

Job Summary

To provide technical leadership for quality engineering across enterprise SaaS platforms, the full-time Senior Software Development Engineer in Test will define test strategy, drive automation frameworks, and ensure quality standards while collaborating with Engineering and Product stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead QA and test strategy across multiple Agile teams
• Drive automation across various testing types and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor distributed QA teams and continuously improve testing coverage and execution speed

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software quality engineering with a strong automation focus
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Typescript, Playwright, Java, and Selenium
• Proven experience in driving test strategy and automation across multiple teams
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
