Required Qualifications

• Over 15 years of experience, with more than 10 years in application design and development using object-oriented programming languages
• 5+ years of experience in building and managing engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience managing teams that build products or critical infrastructure
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and agile culture
