Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Software Development & Engineering Lead (PL).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business, operations, and technology partners to meet systems integration and process improvement needs
Oversee team management, including recruiting, performance management, and career growth
Lead multiple initiatives while developing and documenting resource road maps, budgets, and schedules

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
5 years of progressive, post-bachelor's related experience
At least 5 years of experience with .Net, Asynchronous and Parallel Programming, MVC, nUnit/xUnit, and Entity Framework
Experience with Messaging technologies including RabbitMQ, SignalR, and WCF
Proficiency in SQL, AngularJS or Angular, RestApi, and design patterns for implementing trading workflows
