Senior Software Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Software Development & Engineering Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define software requirements and prioritize tasks
• Deliver new features in an agile environment and mentor developers on best practices
• Support integration efforts and ensure quality standards through code reviews and automated testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 84 months of progressive, post-Bachelor's related experience
• Experience with Java, Servlet, JSP, XSLT, Hibernate, Spring Framework, and Microservices
• Proficiency in database systems like Oracle, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo
