Senior Software Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Development to lead the development and management of defense-related software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a small technical team and oversee product development and delivery
• Direct all development activities for Perc products, including enhancements and major releases
• Engage with defense industry organizations to identify market opportunities and develop partnerships

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (Advanced degree preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of professional software development experience for defense-related solutions
• Strong background in software development, product/project management, and quality assurance
• Experience with development tools for military defense applications
