Senior Software Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering (US Federal).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage teams ensuring the Kubernetes-based platform is maintained, healthy, and highly available through automation and observability tools
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments using tools like Terraform and Argo CD
• Coach and mentor team members while collaborating effectively with engineers across multiple locations

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years managing and leading software development engineering teams
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with large-scale cloud infrastructure and DevOps methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Argo CD
