Senior Software Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead the engineering team in platform modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the delivery roadmap for platform modernization, sequencing migration work and API extraction
• Remove blockers proactively and maintain high engineering standards without micromanaging
• Build and develop a high-performing team while ensuring delivery in a regulated environment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in engineering management
• 5+ years in C# and modern .NET, with experience in refactoring and migration work
• 8+ years of SQL experience, including schema design and performance troubleshooting
• Active use of AI coding tools and experience coaching others on their effective use
