Senior Software Development Manager

Job Summary

Senior Software Development Manager, responsible for leading a remote, full-time team of frontend engineers across web, iOS, and Android to enhance the user experience of AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 6-10 frontend engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Oversee the evolution of the UX for AI Mode across platforms, managing sprint planning and cross-team coordination
• Provide coaching and feedback to engineers, supporting their career growth and fostering a productive work environment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on frontend development for web and/or mobile
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams with a proven track record of developing talent
• Experience with AI-powered applications and multimodal input/output systems
• Strong background in leading cross-platform frontend teams and understanding platform-native versus shared-component trade-offs
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and drive outcomes through influence
