Job Summary

Leading a high-performing engineering team, the full-time Senior Software Development Manager will be responsible for delivering scalable software solutions, ensuring system reliability, and driving modern engineering practices in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of scalable services and applications using .NET (C#) in AWS environments
• Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices across cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
• Ensure high standards of code quality, system performance, and operational reliability while managing incident response and improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in software development and platform engineering
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering or cross-functional technical teams
• Strong technical expertise in .NET (C#) and distributed system architectures
• Experience building and operating applications in AWS cloud environments
