Job Summary

Leading multiple software development teams, the full-time Senior Software Development Manager will deliver scalable and compliant software solutions in the healthcare technology space while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor multiple software development teams, typically supporting 2 to 4 teams with 5 to 10 members each
• Drive Agile best practices, including sprint planning and backlog grooming, to ensure high-quality releases
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and engineering teams to maintain technical alignment and support continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development or engineering roles
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing multiple development teams
• Working knowledge of application platforms, APIs, and modern development practices
• Experience with healthcare systems or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
