Job Summary

Leading a high-performing engineering team, the full-time Senior Software Development Manager will drive the evolution of the NHI Governance domain within Pathfinder products, focusing on delivering scalable, secure services for SaaS offerings while collaborating across product, design, and platform teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead software engineering teams in building cloud-based or SaaS products
• Engage in architecture, design, and code-level trade-offs while ensuring high-quality project delivery
• Develop engineers through coaching and mentorship, fostering a culture of growth and high performance

• Proven experience in leading software engineering teams with a focus on cloud-native development
• Strong technical foundation with familiarity in AI-assisted development tools and modern cloud services
