Job Summary

Leading a high-performing engineering team, the full-time Senior Software Development Manager will drive the evolution of the NHI Governance domain within Pathfinder products, focusing on delivering scalable and secure SaaS offerings while collaborating across product, design, and platform teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor software engineering teams to deliver cloud-based or SaaS products
• Engage in architecture, design, and code-level trade-offs while ensuring high-quality project delivery
• Partner with product and design teams in an agile environment to address complex identity and security challenges

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams in cloud-native development
• Strong technical foundation with familiarity in microservices and public cloud providers, preferably AWS
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and fostering their responsible adoption
• Track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and maintaining high quality
• Ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams
