Managing a team within the Digital Customer Experience Platform Group, the full-time Senior Software Development Manager will oversee development activities, ensure 24/7 availability of customer engagement channels, and collaborate with Product Owners to enhance customer interactions in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage development activities and ensure the delivery of a best-in-class customer experience
- Participate in Agile Scrum planning, demos, and retrospectives, guiding team members in the Agile process
- Design and manage reusable architecture components for scalability and future enhancements
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of full lifecycle software development experience
- 2+ years of management experience with large enterprise products or solutions
- 5+ years of design and development experience in Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and related technologies
- 3+ years of experience with mobile app development for iOS and Android
- Experience with cloud infrastructure from providers such as Amazon, Azure, or GCP
