Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, test, and debug software in a Windows client/server environment
• Analyze user needs and assist in designing specifications for software development
• Prepare documentation for new or existing software and investigate call escalations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Systems or Computer Science
• Six years of experience in language development or business analysis
• Proven experience in interpreting user requirements and designing business applications
• Strong knowledge of language development and applications design
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet performance competencies
