Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer, AI Dev Tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI tooling to enhance developer productivity and autonomous agent capabilities
• Design and create sandboxed environments for AI agents to operate autonomously
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools and platforms to stay ahead in the industry

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of production systems
• Strong familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex
• Experience in building or improving internal developer tools and platform infrastructure
• Strong product thinking and ability to translate ambiguous problems into concrete plans
• Bonus: Experience with agent sandboxing, containerized execution environments, and multi-agent orchestration
