Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects across the tech stack while mentoring others on best practices and quality standards
• Collaborate effectively through pull requests, demos, and positive feedback while identifying risks and blockers
• Take ownership of deliverables and ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation

Required Qualifications

• 5 years or more of professional software experience
• Experience in planning and building production-level web applications using React and Ruby on Rails
• Strong grasp of data modeling, SQL, and query optimization
• Experience with the entire development cycle of projects
• Knowledge of tools used for software development, including Git and Unix/Linux environments
