Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure transactional integrity and financial accuracy, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, deploy, and maintain scalable software services for the Financial Systems Engineering team, working remotely or from various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable software services for high-volume financial data ingestion and reporting
• Develop complex rating engines and integrate external tax engines for compliance and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to translate business needs into software solutions and manage project priorities

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in delivering scalable financial services
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with proficiency in general-purpose programming languages
• Experience with building scalable data pipelines using Kafka and processing frameworks like Spark or Flink
• Strong self-initiative and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Agility to adapt to new technologies quickly
