Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Building foundational AI platforms, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and operate orchestration frameworks and distributed retrieval architectures in a remote environment, supporting scalable and reliable AI systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and operate orchestration frameworks for long-running, stateful AI workflows
• Develop distributed retrieval architectures across various data platforms
• Implement resilient event-driven pipelines and improve operational efficiency across infrastructure

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in backend, platform, or infrastructure engineering
• Strong Python development experience, including asynchronous systems and API design
• Hands-on experience with AI infrastructure and orchestration systems in production
• Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts, including queues and fault tolerance
• Active use of AI-assisted engineering workflows and development tooling
