Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Software Engineer on the New AI Initiatives team will tackle complex technical challenges by designing and developing scalable software solutions for next-generation AI capabilities, engaging in the full software development lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop software algorithms, designs, and implementations while ensuring quality and safety standards are met
• Execute full software development lifecycle activities primarily using C++ in a Linux environment with Lean-Agile methodologies
• Design and implement systems for data acquisition and analysis from remote vehicles, while mentoring and guiding team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's, 3+ years with a Master's, or 1+ year with a Doctorate in relevant technical roles
• Proficiency in C++ and experience in a Linux development environment
• Experience with software design, implementation, and testing processes
• Familiarity with Lean-Agile methodologies and autonomous technology
