Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will configure, customize, and deploy Microsoft 365 workloads, including Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, while working remotely and collaborating with architects and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Microsoft 365 workloads based on architect-approved designs
• Support client workshops and provide escalation support for complex M365 issues
• Troubleshoot and monitor service health, identifying opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering or engineering Microsoft 365 environments
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, identity, and security fundamentals
• Familiarity with PowerShell or Graph for M365 administration
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-700, SC-400, or MS-102)
