Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the modernization of critical item and pricing data systems, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and optimize data-intensive platforms in a hybrid work environment, influencing architecture and engineering practices across multiple store locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of modern platforms across on-prem and Microsoft Azure environments
• Drive the development and optimization of data pipelines, ensuring high performance and scalability
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to solve complex problems and deliver impactful solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related analytical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of software engineering experience building and delivering production-grade applications
• 5+ years of experience developing backend systems using .NET and C#
• 3+ years of experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server
• 2+ years of experience with modern development practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
