Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will lead engineering delivery on intelligent routing and support systems, ensuring high availability and scalability for customer interactions while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance service experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve core routing infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability across millions of daily support interactions
• Contribute to the development of backend systems and AI-driven routing capabilities, optimizing system performance and efficiency
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence within the team

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience in service-oriented architectures and backend development
• Expertise in workflow optimization and scalable backend systems
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI/LLM-driven scenarios
• Bachelor's and/or Master's/Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Familiarity with RAG patterns, memory routing, and agent planning
